Director of Business Development

Carson Smith, a 2017 graduate of McCutcheon High School in Lafayette, Indiana, distinguished himself athletically and academically while a Cadet at The United States Military Academy at West Point. Before graduating in 2022, Mr. Smith was a constant Dean’s List student while winning a Conference Championship as a Pitcher for the Army Baseball Team. While at West Point, Smith began investing in private placements and established himself as budding financier.  A longtime friend of the Bearss family, Mr. Smith proudly leads Business Development at The Bearss Foundation, bridging the gap between our generous donors and the efforts they feel strongly about.
